After the Remington 700 Competition trigger became extremely well established in the worldwide benchrest scene, the demand for a similar trigger for the Sakos and Tikka rifles became very high. Based on this, the Sako 85 trigger, which has the same characteristics as the Remington 700 Competition trigger, was developed.
